This bluish-silver potion contains the essence of magical energy.  Drinking it as an action, restores one (1) second level spell slot or two (2) first level spell slots.  The restoreed spell slots cannot be used with any special ability that converts them to another type of resource (sorcery points for example).  The slots also can't be used with any meta magic features.

The potion refills itself every dawn.
