The tome is no longer available as it was given to Lady Fiona Wachter by Asvard. 

Lady Wachter, in her insolence, gave it to Strahd thinking he would reward her.  Instead, he drained her, decapitated her, and tossed her head to the party on Yester Hill in Session 26!

The information in the Tome is now lost, unless the party decides to try to take it back from Strahd!
